We are all unique individuals, and thus our approach to coaching depends on the individual. The coaching you receive will be designed specifically for and with you. Coaching relies on a process to transform yourself and help you get to your next level of excellence. Many tools are self-directed and designed for you to use independently and after our coaching is complete.

We usually begin with an assessment phase which will provide feedback and information to assist in creating actionable strategies. These strategies are yours, not ours. We then use our knowledge and skills to help you discover ways for you to be more effective, engaged, creative, productive, and successful.

Our service offerings include, but are not limited to:

Leadership Coaching:
Leaders create positive ROI for their organizations. Leadership Coaching is for leaders and emerging leaders who want to evolve from good leaders to great leaders! Our clients invest in their leadership development just as they invest in their financial portfolios because they realize that one affects the other. They are open to feedback and willing to create positive change for themselves and their organizations.

Our one-on-one leadership coaching provides individuals with identifying their strengths, style, and any gaps between where they are and where they want to be. We then help our clients increase strengths, skills, and knowledge. We also work with our clients in clarifying their purpose, vision, and values so that they can build enduring greatness through personal transformation, superb results, accountability, and a commitment to higher performance standards.

"The higher people move in the organization, the less apt they are to hear the truth from people about them, so the values of coaches may increase as people move to higher levels in the organization."

~ from the book, "Extraordinary Leaders," by John Zenger & Joseph Folkman

Group Coaching:
Group Coaching is designed for a group of people with similar goals who want to broaden their current opportunities. Our role is to facilitate the team's alignment on the goal(s) and expected outcome(s). Group coaching improves collaboration, creative thinking, trust, and accountability. It also creates momentum, brings out the collective intelligence, increases productivity, synergizes group goals with corporate goals, invites everyone to lead, provides opportunities for immediate feedback, and builds teaming skills. Groups find that by utilizing group coaching they are able to work together by creating shared understanding which increases overall effectiveness.

We work with our clients in facilitating the group process, providing the structure and holding the space for the groups to determine and execute their goals and desired outcomes. Group coaching is an excellent tool for sales teams, virtual teams, special-interest groups, diverse teams, technical teams, and many others.

Career Coaching:
Most people spend more time planning their annual vacations than they do strategizing their career path. We spend one third or more of our lives at work, and we have every reason to expect to be fulfilled and energized by our work.

We work with our clients to help them learn more about their strengths and what is really important to them. We then help them clarify direction, gain new insights, and formulate and execute strategies to help them find their ideal work.

Our approach is holistic, creative, and strategic. The process usually begins with a personalized assessment and then a thorough discussion of strengths, values, motivations, workplace knowledge, skills and abilities. Processes used may include brainstorming, mindmapping, goal setting, outside assignments, reading, practicing new skills, etc. The support you receive from us will be challenging, encouraging, truthful, and of course, fun!

Going through this process invites individuals to offer their very best to their work by ensuring the right fit in whatever work they choose. Our clients have found that they are more energized, focused, and engaged in their work and personal lives.

Women Re-entering the Workplace:
According to Sylvia Ann Hewlett, author of Off-Ramps and On-Ramps, "legions of professional women step off the career fast track at least once to raise children, care for elderly parents, or manage family [or health] demands. But when they're ready to step back on track... they hit a wall. Many women are lost on re-entry, and companies miss the chance to leverage this talent pool."

Many women lack the confidence, support, and resources for returning to the work. We help them take a proactive stance and not apologize for taking time off but reframe their story and adopt a tone that exudes strength. We help them think strategically and look for a community that can support them.

We work with our clients to navigate their re-entry into the workplace by helping them:
1) become more confident in returning to the workplace,
2) design effective work/life balance,
3) understand current corporate trends and climate,
4) become more knowledgeable and strategic about their future careers, and
5) integrate back into the workplace with more intention and ease.

Coaching prepares our clients to re-enter their professional life with clarity, purpose, and motivation..

Many of our clients have also asked us to continue coaching them after they begin their new position to help them ensure a smoother transition.

Workshops, Retreats and Facilitation:
Common workplace challenges at times require getting away from our day-to-day activities so that we can focus on learning and developing as a team member or leader. We work with our clients to build effective teams, increase skills, solve problems, improve communication, conduct more effective meetings, etc. We do this through workshops, offsite retreats, and concise "lunch and learn" activities.

Additionally, our clients have asked us to facilitate their meetings so they can be a full team member, involved in the meeting and not distracted by meeting process and design. This is where we come in - we work with our clients to understand what the expected outcomes are and design a process collaboratively so that the team goals and objectives are met. Then we facilitate the meeting based on the group's goals.
